Upgrade Heal? Empty Upgrade Heal?

I noticed that heal in this server is hardly helpful at about 2k at 10. I was wondering if you could upgrade it somewhat, another server I was on before that was SHR like this, had a lvl 11 heal for HP that heal up to 30k a pop. Would this be doable?

This is do-able, but I've seen player heal up to 32k, but if other players find it necessary, then I will be happy to implement it.

Nevermind, there is a way for normal users to get 32k hp heal. Disregard my request.
