Bugged Dice Event

I've won the Dice Event countless times, and whenever I do one of two things happen: The NPC completely ignores that I'm the only person there that won and it still continues to play the dice game. When I won both times (or three times once) and the Dice NPC tells me to come talk to him, he doesn't unhide himself. I have pictures but I'm a noob at forums and don't know how to put them in here haha.

first off, if your the only one playing the npc wont appear(personal experience.) second, you have to upload to tiny pic

Oh ok and well even if there were other people and I won, the npc still won't show.

The NPC is sure to show if other people are also playing. And there is one bug, but it has nothing really to do with the NPC not appearing.
