Dueling in town should be illegal. Why? / Why not?


Since the population of the server is low for the time being, it's fine to duel in town although I'm against it & I think that it should be illegal. Yesterday I caught a support player dueling in town. Although he was wrong, he admitted he was wrong. But the point is that he dueled in town. In the future when the population of the server increases, dueling in town should be illegal. So that players who are sitting in town won't be bothered or won't cause problems such as lagging,etc.

Feel free to post your opinions as well. Whether or not you support this idea or why you think dueling in town should be legal / illegal.
